Best Practices for Programs (nuts/bolts—curriculum/class days, program objectives, retreats, skills, leadership models, tools/strategy, diversity, recruitment/selection/retention, projects, traditional programs, young professionals, youth, senior, executive, other (veterans, collegiate, women, special audience), ROI, evaluations)
Innovation/New Trends—(creative new ways to meet mission, technology/social media, coaching/consulting, social enterprise (partnership/collaboration) higher education, competitors, new program development (such as next step 2.0)
Organizations (community trusteeship, capacity building, revenue streams/fundraising, PR/marketing/social media, organizational effectiveness (staff/volunteers), board development, measure outcomes/impact, ROI, sustainability, growth/expansion, strategic planning, branding)
Alumni (programming, building commitment/involvement, membership structure/dues, alumni giveback/investment to the organization, community engagement, current program involvement)
Community Building (civic engagement, leadership in action, systems thinking/engaging stakeholders, collaboration, discussions that matter, diversity/inclusion, branding)
Personal Development (motivation, emotional intelligence, developing your strengths, individual assessments/inventories, communications, intergenerational, self-awareness, balance)
