Leadership Northern Kentucky (LNK) uses the community as a classroom to develop leaders who will effectively serve the region. The programs are designed to help a diverse group of potential, emerging, and existing community leaders acquire an understanding of the strengths and challenges of the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati area, and the skills necessary to motivate and engage others in collaborative efforts to address them.

Average Size: 40 - 50
Regional Youth Leadership is a program for outstanding Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati area high school juniors who demonstrate leadership potential and a strong commitment to community service. The purpose of the Regional Youth Leadership Program is to help build leadership skills and further encourage community involvement among young people. Sessions occur monthly from September to March.
