Leadership Buffalo, Inc. is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1987 with one mission: to unite existing and emerging leaders from diverse backgrounds and perspectives in order to increase their knowledge of community issues, broaden their vision and enhance their ability to lead.
Leadership Buffalo remains dedicated to its original mission. We continue to strive to bring positive change to Western New York by working with area leaders and organizations, identifying the critical issues facing our community and developing action plans for strategic, positive change. Leaders Buffalo continues to be the catalyst to bring our community together to reach our primary goal of Making Buffalo Better.

The Leadership Buffalo Class Experience is a year-long program that runs from January through December each year. The program consists of monthly full-day sessions and two overnight retreats. The program is designed for individuals from corporations, small /entrepreneurial businesses, civic and community organizations and non-profits who are currently serving in a leadership role.
Key issues and topics are explored throughout the program year providing an in-depth view of the critical issues facing our community by sharing hands-on experiences and networking with other leaders in the Buffalo Niagara community. Each participant will have the opportunity to create a personal action plan to help them utilize this newly found knowledge in order to act upon their discoveries.
