The Hamilton County Leadership Academy's mission is to educate and inspire leadership to create positive change in our community.
The Hamilton County Leadership Academy helps leaders connect to their communities, so they can make a difference. Everything the organization does is tied to one of our three pillars: learn, connect and lead. Our core program and related curriculum helps participants gain a deeper knowledge and understanding of Hamilton County. Our 27-year history in the community and our 700+ alumni provide meaningful connections throughout the county. Our commitment to leading in the community challenges our participants and alumni to seek out issues, causes and projects that will help to make Hamilton County an amazing place to live, work and play.
Target Audience: Adult
Average Size: 30 - 40
Tuition: $1500 - $2000
Our core 10-month program is an exclusive backstage pass into Hamilton County. Participants will graduate as informed and highly engaged citizens. They will see how institutions, agencies, organizations and services are connected in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. Our participants build life-long relationships with their peers. Most importantly they connect with HCLA alumni and the broader community. Through this process, participants are able to lead within the community, inspire change and provide support at a much deeper level than others.
