Pryce Earns Certified Community Leadership Practitioner (CCLP) Designation
The Association of Leadership Programs (ALP) proudly recognizes Natalie Pryce, Founder of Pryceless Consulting, as the newest recipient of the Certified Community Leadership Practitioner (CCLP) designation.
The Certified Community Leadership Practitioner (CCLP) program was developed in response to membership feedback to provide extensive ongoing training opportunities for Community Leadership Program professionals. The CCLP designation provides Community Leadership Program professionals with an incentive to achieve excellence in professional performance with mastery of essential skills. The development of the Certified Community Leadership Practitioner program began in 2016, with the first CORE training course offered in 2019 in conjunction with the ALP National Conference held that year in Tulsa, Oklahoma. 23 Community Leadership professionals participated in the first cohort. Since 2019, nearly one hundred CLP professionals have completed the required 16 hours of CORE training.
Over forty individuals, including Pryce, have completed the process, passed the certification exam, and earned the CCLP designation.
About Natalie Pryce, CCLP
Natalie Pryce is the force behind Pryceless Consulting. She builds leaders who know how to move in a changing world. As the creator of the Careerpreneur Mindset and the Position Yourself Framework, she teaches people to use their transferable skills with intention. She pushes clients to take action, shape their path, and position themselves for impact.
She launched Pryceless Consulting in 2011 during a time when traditional employment models were crumbling. Reinvention became a necessity. She turned that moment into a movement that now influences professionals across industries.
Her work earned recognition early and often. Fairfield County’s 40 Under 40. A 100 Women of Color Honoree. The Workplace Professionals Award. These honors reflect the results she delivers, the clarity she brings, and the transformation she sparks.
In 2018, she co-founded Led by Us & Associates, a consultancy focused on responsible urban revitalization. Through LBU, she supports entrepreneurs by widening access to tools, mentorship, and community resources. The Collab Exchange incubator was born from that mission. It created a hub where entrepreneurs could build, learn, and grow.
Her voice reaches far beyond consulting rooms. She delivered a TEDx Talk in 2019 on Bridgeport’s role in the future of work. She challenged audiences to rethink how communities, especially manufacturing cities, prepare for the next era. Her message called for inclusive conversations about work after COVID and what it takes to rebuild with everyone at the table.
She now serves as Director of Leadership and Development Network at the Bridgeport Regional Business Council. She shapes emerging leaders, moves programs forward, and builds networks that strengthen civic readiness across the region. She also develops an entrepreneurship curriculum for high school students, giving young people real tools, real skills, and real confidence to build, lead, and contribute. Her recent fellowship with Sacred Heart University reflects her commitment to education and community growth.
Natalie Pryce leads with vision, discipline, and heart. She connects people and institutions. She builds systems that work. She pushes communities forward. Her voice, her work, and her leadership continue to shape spaces where people rise with intention and act with purpose.
Congratulations to Natalie Pryce, CCLP, on this significant achievement.
