ALP Names Volunteers of the Quarter
VOLUNTEERS OF THE QUARTER | Q1 2025-26 - July 1, 2025 - September 30, 2025The Association of Leadership Programs (ALP) is thrilled to recognize our Q1 Volunteers of the Quarter for 2025-2026. These dedicated individuals have generously contributed their time and expertise to further the mission and success of ALP while also advancing the field of community leadership:

About the Volunteer of the Quarter Program
In October 2023, the Association of Leadership Programs announced a new recognition program for our volunteers. ALP accepts nominations each quarter and selects Volunteers of the Quarter. At the culmination of the year, a Volunteer of the Year will be chosen by a special committee and recognized annually at the ALP National Conference. This recognition program runs on a July 1 – June 30 cycle.
Nicole Morristell (Leadership Lackawanna, PA) was recognized as the inaugural Volunteer of the Year at the 2024 ALP National Conference in Providence, RI. Dani Esperanza (Leadership Athens County, OH) and Nicole Susdorf (Leadership, Toledo, OH) were recognized as co-recipients of this honor at the 2025 National Conference in Fort Worth, Texas.
