About Alisha Blain-Warner, CCLP:
Alisha Blain-Warner is a proud resident of Thurston County and a passionate advocate for youth and community leadership. She began her career with the Thurston County Chamber of Commerce in 2007, joining the team as Events Coordinator. Over the years, she planned and executed dozens of annual and monthly events, honing her leadership and organizational skills.
A graduate of Yelm High School and Central Washington University with a BA in Public Relations, Alisha’s deep-rooted involvement in student leadership, through ASB and summer leadership camps, sparked an early interest in the Chamber’s Leadership Thurston County (LTC) program. Determined to one day lead the program, she pursued participation and graduated from LTC in 2014. Just two years later, in 2016, she stepped into the role of Program Director, bringing her vision full circle.
Alisha continues to innovate and expand leadership development in her region. In June 2024, she launched the Youth LTC program in partnership with New Market Skills Center, creating new opportunities for young leaders to engage with their community.
Outside of her professional commitments, Alisha serves as a coach for the North Thurston High School Dance Team and is a Team Counselor for the Association of Washington School Principals Student Leadership Program at Cispus each summer. She and her husband, Ryan, were married in 2020 and are enjoying the busy days this season of life brings, as they raise their children, Noah and Annora.
Alisha is an active member of the Association of Leadership Programs (ALP), serving as an ALP Ambassador and co-champion of the Chamber-Based Programs Affinity Group.
Congratulations to Alisha Blain-Warner, CCLP, on this significant achievement.
