Association of Leadership Programs Announces 2025 Board of Directors

January 22, 2025 — The Association of Leadership Programs (ALP) is pleased to announce its 2025 Board of Directors, elected through a comprehensive nomination process concluded in late 2024. The 16-member board, including three new directors, will guide ALP in its mission to strengthen the effectiveness of leadership programs and professionals across the nation and beyond.

The 2025 Board of Directors is led by Andre Santiago, Vice President & Chief Program Officer at Leadership Greater Hartford in Hartford, Connecticut, serving as Chair. Santiago shared “ALP is a community unlike any other. Through this network, I’ve been blessed to learn from and grow with some of the country's most passionate and inspirational community leaders. Together, we will continue to drive the mission forward, fostering innovation, growth, and a commitment to excellence. I look forward to the opportunities ahead as we work together to make a lasting impact within our communities and the country as a whole”.
