ALP Names Volunteers of the Quarter

VOLUNTEERS OF THE QUARTER | Q3 2024 - January 1, 2024 - March 31, 2024

In October 2023, the Association of Leadership Programs announced a new recognition program for our volunteers. ALP will accept nominations each quarter and select four Volunteers of the Quarter. At the year's culmination, a Volunteer of the Year will be chosen by a special committee and recognized annually at the ALP National Conference. This recognition program will run on a July 1 – June 30 cycle. 

Join us in celebrating our Q3 2023 - 2024 Volunteers of the Quarter! We're honored to be able to recognize these dedicated Association of Leadership Programs volunteers who work tirelessly to enhance the impact of Community Leadership Programs around the nation.

Kristin Bakke, LEAD Brevard
Kristin is the President & CEO of LEAD Brevard, based in Brevard County, Florida. Kristin has been an active member of ALP since the beginning. Kristin currently serves as the Alumni Affinity Group Champion and has recently served on the National Conference planning committee. Bakke was instrumental in ALP launching the CCLP program in 2019 and has supported the CCLP programming since as a presenter. 

Christopher DonovanLeadership Rhode Island
Chris is the Director of Events & Communications at Leadership Rhode Island in Providence, Rhode Island. Chris has been a dedicated National Conference Planning Committee team member, helping to make the 2024 National Conference the Best Conference Ever! 

Christine Kennedy, Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance
Christine is the Executive Vice President at the Lynchburg RBA, home of Leadership Lynchburg in Virginia. She has been engaged with ALP for many years and has most recently been the facilitator for the CCLP CORE Training (since its inception in 2019). Christine previously served as the Flagship Affinity Group Champion and is a past ALP Board of Directors member. 

Andre SantiagoLeadership Greater Hartford
Andre is the Vice President & Chief Program Officer at Leadership Greater Hartford in Hartford, Connecticut. Andre was the first Youth Affinity Group Champion and serves as a presenter for the CCLP program. Andre currently serves on the ALP Board of Directors and is a National Conference Planning Committee member.
