In June 2015, Jan Paul became Executive Director of Leadership Sandy Springs after serving as Director, Development & Events since June 2013. Ms. Paul was a member of the Leadership Sandy Springs Class of 2013 and joined the staff upon graduation.

Leadership Sandy Springs develops, educates and connect leaders through community engagement, innovative programs and volunteer opportunities to enrich a vibrant Sandy Springs and Central Perimeter area. The nonprofit organization consists of three programs: 1) Leadership Sandy Springs for adults; 2) Youth Leadership Springs for high school sophomores and juniors; and 3) Sandy Springs Civic Roundtable, a consortium of executive directors of the city’s nonprofits who collaborate for the greater good of the community. Under Ms. Paul’s leadership, Leadership Sandy Springs has grown in size and stature.

Prior to Ms. Paul’s nonprofit career, she was co-owner of a marketing communications firm with 20 years’ experience in leadership, strategic planning, management, fundraising and business development. Ms. Paul has served on the boards of several education, religious and statewide government organizations.

Marianne Crosley Details

Marianne Crosley has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Cleveland Leadership Center since 2010. She leads the civic education, leadership development, and civic engagement organization in its execution of numerous programs to build civic leadership capacity. Previously, she served as the founding Executive Director of Summer on the Cuyahoga, an economic development initiative that attracts young talent to the region.
Crosley graduated from Colgate University and received her J. D. from The Ohio State University College of Law. She worked as a prosecutor in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York and rose to be a supervisor in the Homicide Bureau. Crosley is a Trustee Emeritus of Colgate University, and recipient of the Maroon Citation and the Brian Little Award for Distinguished Service. She serves on the Board of Trustees for South Pointe Hospital and United Cerebral Palsy. She and her husband, Tim Clements, have four grown children and live in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.

Pam Rosenthal Details

Pam Rosenthal is the owner of Meeting Street South LLC. She has been planning memorable meetings and events for over 20 years, specializing in the corporate and non-profit sector. A native Atlantan, she graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Marketing.
Pam began her career as a marketing specialist and meeting planner and continued to gain the knowledge, tools, and experience through her professional and volunteer work with several Atlanta-area companies and non-profit organizations.
She is past Board President of Leadership Sandy Springs and currently serves on the Board of Visit Sandy Springs and Family Promise of North Fulton. She is also a member of Meeting Professionals International, Georgia Chapter and the Atlanta Independent Planners Alliance. She has earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation from the Convention Industry Council.
