How can technology help your program? Presenters will share great experience with tech tools for communicating with classes and for taking applications. Then be prepared to interact: the session is geared for you to share (good and bad) tech experiences as we collectively answer the following questions (out loud): How have you used technology to solve a problem? What problem would you like technology to solve - and does anyone have a solution they've tried to solve that problem?

Maya Gutierrez Details

Maya’s career has focused on building leadership capacity across a wide range of audiences. As Senior Director at Coro, Maya participates in the strategic planning, culture and talent development of the organization and manages the full cycle of the Leadership New York Program from recruitment to alumni engagement (program design has won national recognition and replication from the George B. Kaiser Foundation). She also delivers tailored training and technical assistance for external clients.

Prior to Coro, Maya structured and offered talent development and leadership programs for 300+ staff members globally for the Ford Foundation and managed a national resource center for over 150 sites for the I Have A Dream Foundation. Maya earned a self-designed BA (cum laude) from Dominican University and was awarded the National Urban Fellowship to earn a Master’s degree in Public Administration (valedictorian) from Baruch College. Maya is a proud AmeriCorps alumna.

Megan Rudolph Details

As Communications and Development Manager, Megan is responsible for overseeing LT’s communications and fundraising strategy. Megan’s responsibilities include overseeing the website, creating marketing and fundraising collateral, managing LT’s email communications and social media, and coordinating LT’s fundraising campaigns.
In Megan’s four years with LT, her responsibilities have included planning events and managing alumni engagement, coordinating the Screening and Selection process, and managing logistics for the flagship program. She has implemented new technologies, such as Smarter Select (online application system), NeonCRM (database), and Squarespace (website building platform) to streamline internal processes, reduce staff time, and save money.
Prior to Leadership Tomorrow, Megan worked for six years in the technology sector, focusing on marketing and public relations, website management, trade show and event planning, and social media marketing.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Certificate in Public Relations from the University of Washington. She lives in Woodinville, WA, with her husband and 2.5-year-old daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, staying active through running and walking, refining her de-cluttering and interior design skills, and enjoying the local wine scene.
