Affinity Group Networking Info

Affinity Group time is designed to connect you with peers who share similar program structures, roles, or focus areas. These informal, peer-led conversations offer space to ask questions, share ideas, and build lasting connections with others who “get” the unique challenges and opportunities of your work.

You do not need to have previously participated in an ALP virtual affinity group to join in. All attendees are welcome and encouraged to participate. This year’s format includes two 50-minute blocks with different group options in each, as well as two groups meeting across the full session time:

First Block | 8:00 AM – 8:50 AM
Flagship/Signature Programs
Chamber-Affiliated Programs
Youth Programs

Second Block | 8:55 AM – 9:45 AM
Alumni Engagement 
Development & Fundraising

Full Session | 8:00 AM - 9:45 AM 
Statewide Programs - This session is intended for Statewide Program leaders.
Pacesetter Programs - This session is intended for those currently part of ALP's Pacesetter program. 

Room assignments will be published in the mobile app and on signage onsite. No RSVP required. Just show up and join the conversation that best fits your work. This is your chance to exchange insights, brainstorm solutions, and expand your network.
